I've dedicated myself to the language of the subtle.

I've discovered this language has written volumes in my soma, and I enjoy birthing the transcriptions into something that is physical.

Our bodies vessels of life-force with deep transformative capabilities. All too often, in the modern world, we are taught to forge a battle against our bodies - against our very nature.

My work offers a remembrance, a reconnection to WHOLENESS, a way toward ending the destructive false patterns that have woven themselves into our daily lives. The first step is awareness.

I work with the body, with systems of nature, and with lofty goals!

My fascination lays within the interconnected nature of the body: Hormones, lymph, fascia, musculature, nutrition, and beyond (emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual interconnections too!)

Obesity has been my greatest teacher.
